Many may disagree but i would keep him. Stretches defenses and when playing with confidence he is decent

Was rightly questioned mid season, but in a rich frame of form at the moment so would keep if he can keep this up.
Saying that, to push for promotion next season if we miss out this year, I think a poacher 20 goal a season striker needs adding to the squad in the summer.
Better renew that season ticket :P

I think he has gained in confidence since he has started scoring again. Funny how players change things around, supporters were very critical earlier in the season. Mind you, would anyone believe that many, including me, were saying that Gallagher was a liability and should go two seasons ago. Patience is a virtue and managers are there to manage. Barry Smith was responsible for his turn around I think.

Have always liked him and vehemently defended him against some unwarranted criticism earlier this season on here, seems like he's maybe a confidence player & was certainly lacking that but is reaping the rewards & the plaudits now, a definite keeper for me.

GW has always said McClure is a good striker would be interesting to see him
and Rendell back as a partnership and a 2 man central midfield of Gallagher
and Benyu. Kanu and Mensah can tuck in to help out in midfield when needed.
A front 4 of Kanu Rendell McClure and Mensah would scare the sh** out of Dover.

He has done well since Christmas but I still think we need better than him if we are to push on further...

He has definitely improved. First half v Tranmere was his best performance of the season I thought.

Decent impact subs when he's on form. We need a 20-goal man, I'd be interested to see what Ugwu could acieve as part of a decent side like ours.

Rumours he is on his way to Scotland.

Agreed - he would be a decent 3rd or 4th choice striker, like you say I think he is better from off the bench as an impact player.
I also agree with you about Ugwu and what about Michael Cheek as his partner.

Much improved since The New Year. Allegedly one of our bigger earners ( a family friend of his at the start of the season mentioned he got a decent deal to come here) and for that I would wish him 'all the best'.

A club legend if he takes us to Wemberleeeeee

8th goal of the season yesterday wasn't it? - how many games has he actually started?

How many assists this season? And he does hold the ball up well.

Given that he was struggling with form earlier in the season, i feel another season he could have been a 20 goal of season striker.

certainly well worth consideration of a new contract

He's becoming a legend. I'd give him a 3 year contract. We're on our way.
