Aldershot Town welcome Stromboli Wood-Fired Pizza to the EBB Stadium for this Saturday’s FA Cup fourth qualifying round tie against Torquay United.

We had Dominos do something similar a few years back and it was very popular, I hope this does well as there have been many comments on here about wanting a bit of a wider choice of food available and it seems the club has responded.

I am guessing this is a trial but If they get good sales then maybe there could be opportunities for a longer term arrangement, price looks good as well £5 for an individual pizza.

Well done whoever sorted this one out

I saw Bernard eating a pack of haribo on Saturday...not sure that is the diet of a professional footballer.
Hopefully he will be tangtastic when he returns :D

At long last something other than burger and chips. I will definitely partake in a slice or two.

Never been tempted to eat anything from those horrible wagons, especially as a non meat eater, but a fresh slice of Margarita pizza, I may well be making an exception. :D
Well done to those that are listening.

Great idea. I was late getting home late Tuesday and thought I'd grab something at the ground. Have they changed the burger vans?
The burger was alright tasting but it was £6.20 for a cheese burger and bottle of fanta

Anyone on here try one?

Saw quite a few people in the ground with them.

Any good?

My chips and service from the Eastbank burger van were both much better than what I've previously had from the North Stand van so thanks to the 2 cheerful ladies today!

I had a pizza and thought it excellent. It was also served up nice and hot.

I hope it is a commercial success as when it gets cold I think the demand will shoot up.

It was a very nice pizza.

Maybe overpriced at £5 given the size?

Had one of the veggie ones. Very nice albeit very small and hardly anyone there at half time so expect they didn’t make much.
Hopefully they come back and roll a bit more dough next time.
Shame they came with the lowest crowd of the season.
