A bit after my time, with me it was cigarette cards, same hustling, some things never change. Happy days.
P.S. One of my grandsons saves Match Attack cards.

79/80 Division 2 teams including Bristol Rovers had a lot more than 2 stickers; they had players featured: 2 per sticker - like the Scottish Premier Division

80/81 Division 2 had 3 stickers - badge and the team group split across two stickers (a swine to coordinate sticking neatly)

I stand corrected Martin - there were player stickers - Terry Cooper appeared wearing the famous blue and white quarters in one of them (along side Gary Emmanuel)

Is there 9 stickers showing the ball enter the net when Tottenham beat rovers 9-0 in 1977?

It was quite rare for Panini to do action shots of games (as stickers), so no - although I do recall one of their albums having action shots of historical European Cup finals - the pictures were two separate stickers you had to 'match up', which was always disturbing, as invariably when you stuck in the 2nd sticker it didn't quite match up - leaving the action shot looking a bit "skew-whiff" !

Thought for a moment that Panini Stickers was a striker from Grimsby, signed via the Kanu dosh.

But!
