It looks like he is showing signs of improvement as I’m pretty sure that Coventry Utd are in the Midland League Premier division together with the students from Loughborough but Barwell are in the giddy heights of the Northern Premier...alongside Altrincham, Warrington and Workington.

Sorry, didn’t realise it was a step up.
Perhaps Wagamama’s next then.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't Wagamama's the eatery where you sit on a bench and not on individual seats? Just asking.

With Craig Reed joining Barwell (the canaries) I think Barwell captain ex Shot Craig Stanley will be pleased to see him to recall times at the Rec. There can't be much atmosphere generated at Barwell's Kirkby Road ground with this seasons average attendance so far being only 167.

Didnt realise that Craig Stanley had dropped down to that level, I would have thought he was better than that. Perhaps he now has other interests outside of football that makes playing part time more attractive.

I used to see Craig Stanley quite often in Farnborough with Sonny Bradley, and know he had some property interest up North, so maybe that's tiding him over these days.

Craig Stanley has been coaching Notts County's U16s.

He also has invested in some race horses, well one that I know of anyway, I backed it to win at 14/1 a few years ago so earned a nice little win.

Charlie Walker scored today in the 7 - 2 win for St Albans over a poor East Thurrock United side. An own goal gave ETU a 2 - 1 lead on the half hour before a further six goals followed from a rampant St Albans. Four of St Albans goals were scored by Sam Merson. (son of Paul).

Dan Holman missed the chance to salvage a 3-3 draw for struggling Leyton Orient as they went down to promotion chasing Aldershot Town.

Dan found row Z recently vacated by despondent Orient fans evacuating the stand behind the goal to loud chants of "cheerio" from the passionate and raucous away following.
