attendance tomorrow

I wouldn't be surprised if the attendance is around the 3k mark.
Important three points and I'm sure the supporters will be there in force to give the team support :)

Don't think it will be close to 3k, probably around 1900.

Yep, I agree it should be 3K but on a Tuesday night with a rearrangement and v a side that will bring a man and a dog (maybe not even the dog as it’s a Tuesday night) I suspect it will be under 2k.

The gate that’s puzzled me for nearly 10 years is the first home game back in the league in August 08, Bournemouth, 4.5k with 1100 Bournemouth, this 4 months after the Weymouth game on a Tuesday night to see Rhys day lift the conference title in front of 6k with about 50 Weymouth, extremely strange!

The game was all ticket and many home fans didn’t realise and were turned away at the turnstiles. Also, Bournemouth would have comfortably bought 2,000 and the away end was made smaller in that summer reduced from 2,200 to 1,100 which was ridiculous because the club lost money.

This the game when “The away end isn’t big enough” was born has been quoted ever since. 8)

I don't remember the away capacity ever being that low, are you sure it was only 1,100 that's a 220 reduction from what it should have been at that time.

Pre 2012 it was 1320 which then went up to 1440 when the barriers on the away open terracing were reconfigured

If Pip@B sees this perhaps he can remember why such a low figure was applied that season

Yes forgot it was all ticket and agree Bournemouth would have had 2k easily even in their 4th tier days!

Haven't they played 4 games in a week including tonight?

Probably run out of money
