Forgot to add......since 1977, dislike every team north of Hadrians Wall with a passion.....destroy our National Stadium just because they won 2:1......53 years of age but I enjoy every time those from the north of England lose.
Just before my time re football but seen that clip many times, think that was when kenny dalglish put the ball through his soon to be Liverpool team mate ray clemence’s legs in the back of the net, beer sales quite high that day!

I think that the Irn Bru Cup is a great idea for British teams from all 4 quarters to get involved at a lower level. What is the harm in that? As Fuggle Tim stated earlier, I would love to watch the team of my birth play the team that I have supported for the past 30 years!

Trouble is that we can't all stay at the Bruce Hotel in Cowdenbeath now though can we?

No...Jim Kellerman would score and knock us out. Or we'd go out to Barry Smith's East Fife.
Err Barry Smith is manager of Raith Rivers
I stand corrected 80fc. Yes, seems he left East Fife last season and went to Raith.

And of course Raith is another one of those "places" that don't exist. Raith Rovers play in Kirkcaldy
