Pissed off if they have signed Callum Reynolds. Backwards move if true.

Definitely a backwards move if Reynolds is involved.

Much like Evans moving to Chesterfield can be described as a diagonal move...

Nearer his home /family (Luton i believe)
Probably more £££££
New-ish stadium & facilities
John Still, Manager, good record at this level

Cant blame him really

Fowler is a better defender than Reynolds.
Arnold is a better defender than Alexander.
Kinsella is our best left back for ages.
GW just needs to find a replacement for Evans.

Parachute money ......... Chesterfield & Barnet will use that extra dosh to strengthen and try to get back up first go ....... a feat rarely achieved.

Barnet will be up there at the end of the season, always been a top half National League/Lower half League Two side. Plus they have a very experienced Manager.

How? Why?

Bigger club, higher gates, more money, new ground etc etc

I think definitely a no brainer for Will!

If Chesterfield are doing ok financially that tells you how bad the team was to finish bottom of the league but I believe or I’m guessing they have financial problems, the last 8 years or so they’ve been tooing and throwing between the third and fourth tiers with healthy 5k gates!

There is war going on behind the scenes at Chesterfield as they wait a date for the FA hearing into their financial irregularities. The Chairman still has the club up for sale and is desperate to offload but cannot get a sensible price with the FA charge hanging over them. Points deduction is quite possible too! Its a recipe for a Hartlepool-esque season ahead.

Thanks, thought their must be problems there as they’ve been a good 4th tier side for a long time as I’ve just said!

Has anybody got a link to the confirmation of this information? I've looked on Barnet's official website but there was nothing stating he'd joined them. I saw the gossip on their forum.

Reynolds and Evans had a lot of respect from fans as they served us well for two seasons, but it will certainly be interesting next season when we meet up.......I will bet with great confidence that the respect will quickly disappear 8)

I wouldn’t welcome them or give them stick, I’m only interested in them getting back on the coach upset having lost!
