The odds on Salford being live straightaway would be identical to Germany beating San Marino!

No Maidstone then and Chesterfield 2nd favs, don’t think they’ll do that well judging by recent relegated sides barring Cheltenham!

Those odds add up to more than 200% - you would expect a book on a horse race of around 20 runners to be about 125%. QED The National League idds are a con!!

How can they say we are 6/1 when we don’t actually have 11 players yet ?

Would be nice to get a couple of McNulty type bruisers in the squad this year. We have tried being pretty and nice and it’s not quite worked.
Plus that goalscorer don’t forget

Most odds in this division mean nothing at this stage, didn’t most bookies in the summer of 07 have us to finish mid table in 08? Got that wrong by November ish!

The bookies cannot have a clue,so there can only be one explanation. It`s there way to encourage punters to get interested and place a futile bet.Perhaps come October there will be some form to go on and gamblers may be able to make a reasonable decision based on more realistic betting odds.

March 08 we were still evs to win it, incredible, with the risks I’ve been known to take I could be a millionaire by now, if that was Man City Man Utd in the past under Alex or Chelsea being as clear as we were in March time they’d be 1/10, lost opportunity their!

That would explain it. My mistake - I was simply thinking automatic promotion. Odds still don't appeal punting-wise.
