Shamir undoubtedly has talent but

1. Why can't he last 90 minutes ?
2. Why does he never take his man on and get to the dead ball line and cross the ball ? I get so frustrated watching him run at a full back but then stop and pass the ball backwards.

Needs to step us his fitness and game imo if he has ambitions of getting back into league football.

1. Has never had enough of a run in side due to regular injuries of different natures. You can almost guarantee after 60 mins he will be subbed if starting.

2. Because we rarely have enough players in the box to cross to, our game means players arrive late on edge of area, hence constant back passing.

Shamir flatters at times but more often looks lost.

Fenelon hasn’t got back to the same level he was for the first half of last season. He became a bit of a goal poacher and looked set to get 15+ goals but tailed off the last few months. Hasn’t got back to that standard since.
I have to wonder if he’s had enough of being with us and as a result his form has dipped significantly!
He's hardly going to have a queue of clubs lining up to sign him with his current performances.
I'm surprised he's being picked to be honest as I don't see what he offers the team at the moment ?

I must of admit when I first seen him play for us I thought he had something about him.

Holman scored twice on his Kettering debut last night,he looked a class apart for our league.

The lack of that 100+ miles to and from Aldershot on a regular basis must have been a benefit to his morale and wellbeing. The traffic and roadworks (M25/M40) were a right pain when me and the missus went up and past that neck of the woods last week (we were on our way to Lichfield). Don't know what the M1's like for delays, stop-start and speed restrictions.
Hope he does well for you.

I said to a mate on Saturday he will score 25 goals for Kettering between now and the end of the season. Only another 23 to go now then.

With respect ✊, big difference scoring goals in Kettering’s league than in the National League. Even if he wasn’t given much of a chance here.
