He was just showing some empathy for the manager. "Grow a pair" isn't a particularly clever thing to say, no matter how often you repeat it.
You must be joking, (hopefully ) if not, then please Grow a Pair!!

Listening to Waddocks interview sounds like he may be considering his position?

Ebbsfleet, themselves not exactly world beaters, won at a canter, hardly getting out of first gear
Why are lots of Shots fans always reluctant to praise our opposition?

I thought Ebbsfleet were experienced, strong, set-up well, knew exactly what they were doing and looked dangerous with the many attackers they can afford. Perhaps the main thing though is they were all confident on and off the ball.

A decent enough side for our division and currently bang in form...
We shall never know how good Ebbsfleet are, they looked like world beaters today but they were up against hopeless opposition.

At the start of play they were only a few points ahead of us and given the season we have had to date that doesnt say a lot.

I think in reality they are average at best in a league that is not that great.

I will never be happy losing to teams like Ebbsfleet.

Clever, I see what you did there. I am leaving this "debate" now, and shall concentrate on cultivating my pears.

I wonder if mick McCarthy is wondering to give Waddock a call? Would he go?

He certainly seemed pee'd off listening to the interview with Rob Worrall, I think frustration is putting it mildly.

Indeed, I thought the same about one poster after we lost 3-0 to Tranmere in the play offs.

If this run of results and performances where under the charge of Dillon, Holdsworth or Smith everyone would be shouting for change. Waddock has been very good for the SHOTS but I feel like his time is coming yo a end. We need fresh ideas and someone who has plans B and C to fall back onto if needed. Basingstoke beat us to the ideal replacement for Waddock.

Well that was worth a 4 and half hour drive to watch !
Enough said on this thread about the lacklustre performance.
I will add that playing Lelan instead of Bernard today at centre half would of been a better option with his dogged physical presence.
Unless Booty is injured this would of allowed him to have some part in the game also.
