Correct, although it existed before and was merely used as a vehicle to exit admin. 100% normal nothing strange.
It has 100 shares all owned by Azeem and 100 pounds assets in the form of cash. All normal.
It files dormant accounts as allowed by law as it had no transactions in the previous year. You will only know if it is still dormant or not when it next files accounts. Again all normal.

Its only 'crime' is that somehow it got mentioned in the council minutes. The reason is probably exactly what Richard said.

Actually if you were prepared to look online regularly you would know before the accounts became due as by law you have to notify HMRC/Companies House within three months of a company commencing any business activity and it is then changed immediately from dormant to active.

Just sat down to read Saturdays programme while I have my lunch and in the directors notes Shahid has published his email address and invites anyone who wants to contact him on any issue related to the football club to drop him an email.

So anyone who has any questions who either couldn't make it to the fans forum, don't get to games to see him or simply don't want to actually meet him or talk to him face to face well email him, that way you can get any answers you want straight from the horses mouth (or as its email would that be the horses hoof" )

Would the bloke who also posted 3 photos which we never saw post them here so we can see what he was going on about?
Anybody on here know who he was? Does he even post on here?

I do recall at the previous forum he stood up and introduced himself and told everyone his SW username.

By the time he had finished talking I had completely forgotten what he had said.

I wasn't at the Fans Forum but from what I understand from people who were there his photos were of other random development sites around Aldershot such as the old Marks & Spencer building, I don't think they related to the football club which is why people got a bit confused about what point he was trying to get across.
