Yep, 3-0, all over bar the non-shouting. The streets will be blue and white tonight!

20 mins in and goal-less. Does sound strange, so quiet with the volume of about twenty people. Boreham Wood would love it.

Tomorrow night ITV4 - visual football!

Liverpool v Arsenal '89 stylee.

Csn you remember where you were when that happened?

I can. For some reason I have a feeling it was a Friday night.

It's also possible of course that our much younger fans will never have seen this classic title-deciding game.
Was living in Reeves Road at the time and we did a pub crawl round the North Lane boozers.
I don't think the game was on TVs in any of the pubs but recall hearing the result somewhere around Heroes of Lucknow/ Prince Albert/Queens Head area
It wouldn't be much of a pub crawl up North Lane these days!

Don't think I'd be spoiling it for anyone here but the second goal always stands out doesn't it, the final nail.

I can't think who got that first goal. :?:

Smudger Smith? He who sits alongside Tyler in the commentary box? Wow, I was thinking Paul Merson or maybe David Rocastle.

15k plus in Berlin is not unusual for the Rhur clubs, S04, BvB, BMG. Dynamo took it to a whole new level
