“WE”, 007?
Are you an undercover Woking supporter who forgot where you were at the time of your comment?
Most definitely not a Woking fan Birdie , I cut and pasted the words from someone on their forum :D
Yeah, wo’evaaaar! :D

Just a suggestion; next time you do a c&p say where it’s from and put “quote marks“ at the beginning and end of the piece that you’re using. 👍

Could the confirmation of this (announced today) help with The Shots’ redevelopment plans? https://www.rushmoor.gov.uk/towncentreregeneration

Could be part of a regeneration of the town - although stuff needs to go in these buildings.

I struggle to find any reference to Aldershot Town FC redevelopment in these council documents. Unless I have missed the small print, the hopes for council participation in Shots redevelopment seem to be just wishful thinking.

I think that the negative response by the council to Wokings application suggests that finance for football ground improvements may have to come from somewhere else or in the case of Aldershot, more likely from nowhere.

Long live the Cowshed!

we hope to have a modernised ground with decent facilities and that brings in additional income in the not too distant future.
Yes, what happened with that. Rewind January "the papers are between two sets of solicitors" apropos the new lease. All forgotten now. And probably just a pipedream.

And I don't share the sympathy. A rival is a rival. I support Aldershot and that is that.

But if you don't have any opposition you might as well shut down the club you are supporting....... I don't hate any club, but I do love the banter. I would hate the demise of W'king. Think about all those glorious times we've had........

But they're insignificant, a village outfit.

It's because they happen to be just up the road.

Nobody would bother about them otherwise.

Now Reading and trips to Elm Park - those WERE the days.

Why is it excellent news?
I presume you ask coz you think 2000 saying what he said was harsh, believe me they’re a lot more harsh on their forum about us than we are about them!
They have a forum do they?!

Oh yeah, cardboard something or other.

I wouldn't lower myself to bother reading it.
