https://www.theshots.co.uk/armed-forces ... umination/

The lighting was provided by Peachy Productions Ltd, the Surrey based events company that lit the Cathedral every Thursday night during lockdown to thank the NHS workers. The cost of the Armed Forces Day illumination was met by Aldershot Town Football Club’s Chairman Shahid Azeem and the Woking Asian Business Forum.

Well done and thank you to all concerned.

Don’t really do facetwits but from what I can see all positive.
Difficult not to be but there’s always one.

Well done to all involved. Nice to have the Shots up in lights. Next time Wembley perhaps ? :D

I don’t do FB either. I just wondered if there was any reaction to ATFC’s badge being part of the display.

Not really although one comment was from a Shots fan saying how good it looked.
I think if we paid for most of it we were entitled to show the badge. Didn’t take anything away from the display or sentiment.

It's been taken down by the looks of it. Started to get into " celebrating war" and why there wasn't anything done for BLM or LBGTqueer groups

Queer groups! Could sound a little offensive to some if they are in that category
