The 3 players signed who didn't play were all included in the matchday squad of 16/18 at some point, so should be included.
To those you should also add Jordan Clement (unused sub on 13 occasions) and Henrik Breimyr (unused sub once) but this still only the total 46.
You make me laugh Wanderer. Never miss an opportunity to call out Statto do you! I admire you both massively, but your stat-off does make me smile.

How the hell did we get relegated with that squad by the way? 15+ players listed there who went on to have good league careers. We should never have failed
I was only trying to work out how the figure could have reached 47, just because a player didn't play is no reason to not include him in the squad.
I now believe the 47th player was Max Worsfold who had been given the squad number 29. Dwayne Coultress and Jack Barton were also given squad numbers but would most likely have been treated as youth players.
Barton, Coultress and Worsfold were all scholars in 2011-12. Barton and Coultress signed "full" contracts in the summer of 2012, but Worsfold never did.

Here's my squad list for that season:

1 Jamie Young
2 Ben Herd
3 Anthony Straker
4 Luke Guttridge
5 Darren Jones
6 Aaron Brown
7 Jermaine McGlashan
8 Jamie Collins
9 Michael Rankine
10 Danny Hylton
11 Alex Rodman
12 Bradley Bubb
14 Anthony Pulis
15 Aaron Morris
16 Graeme Montgomery; Darren Murphy
17 Adam Mekki
18 Doug Bergqvist
19 Reece Connolly
20 Jake Taylor; Charlie Collins *
21 Ross Worner
22 Henrik Breimyr
23 Peter Vincenti
24 Jordan Brown; Stefan Payne
25 Bruno Andrade; Ben Smith
26 Adam Smith; Mark Molesley
27 Guy Madjo
28 Troy Brown
29 Max Worsfold
30 Manny Panther
31 Jordan Clement
32 Michael Doughty
33 Scott Davies
34 Jamie Day
35 Jordan Roberts
36 Sonny Bradley
37 Charlie Henry
38 Greg Pearson; Wilko Risser
39 Chris Doig
40 Josh Payne
41 Tony Tucker; Charlie Collins *
42 Rob Sinclair
44 Dwayne Coultress
45 Jack Barton

* On his arrival at the club, Charlie Collins was allocated squad number 41. However,
it later transpired that this number had not been deregistered when Tony Tucker left, so
Charlie was subsequently assigned number 20 prior to the game at AFC Wimbledon on
January 28th.

That one was a tougher one to listen to, Ben was so loyal to us and deserved so much better, he should have left us when he has the chance.

It might just be that Kappa cannot afford to pay for the software himself, he does something special for the supporters. He gives up his own time to produce the video and does a fantastic job.
Also he is giving 1/2 of the fund to Phyllis Tuckwell hospice.

Seems that most fans agree with me £50 raised in 9 days. This is not the 1st time he has asked for handouts.
Good on him helping Phyliss Tuckwell that bit i do agree with.

He’s saying donations are welcome and is willing to split the money with a very deserving cause?

Think how much time and effort he’s put into this interview with Ben - solely for our entertainment and enjoyment. He doesn’t have to do this so I can’t see any issue in appealing to people for a little help going forward. And you don’t have to donate.

Really enjoyed the interview. Feels like the way it ended still hurts Ben.

Definitely hurt, one of the best right back in league two and could easily have still played at that level or higher if he wanted but that season mentally destroyed him. Sad hearing such a committed and passionate player lose love for the game like that.

Given the obsequious drivel that's posted on this board, I don't think many have either watched this series or possess the capacity to think about it.

I recommend that they at least try.

Very insightful Ben's reading of the changing room dynamics. I've always wondered how players cope with high earning team mates. I think this is what killed Ben's love of the game.
Thank you Kappa, Graham and especially Ben.
I've donated gratefully, I love this insightful look into our Club. COYS
