We are so much more ‘professional’ this season and I bloody love it, stop the goals from stupid free kicks and we are in business. Would have taken a point before the game but conceding so late is a bitter pill to swallow. Even so like what I have seen last 2 games

Should have won that...Harry P had a simple ball for a Mo tap in but chose to shoot instead...

Their equaliser came from another needless foul given away by going into the back of someone. Think it was Rees but their player was going nowhere and surrounded by 3 other Shots players.

Notwithstanding the above I thought we were very good today...we are definitely more physical and streetwise this season and going forwards will create problems for a lot of teams.

Might not seem like it but a lot of positives to take from today.

Good result but given the chances, disappointing. It's heartening that we have a strong physical side, at last, but the number of free kicks we are conceding with resulting goals is a concern. Ogre looks a good player but I wish he would play the ball more often than the player. Four games, two penalties against.
Last two games suggest we have a competitive team.

3 times this season we have conceded late.
Adds up to four points dropped ....fine margins

We will be a better side when McCormack or Kandi replace Panayatou.
Good performance today from all the other players.

Pity we couldn’t hold on for what would’ve been another brilliant away win. I doubt very much there are many shots fans who predicted a win & a draw at the beginning of the week, 4 points from these 2 games is a good weeks work.

Well done shots, now let’s turn over the neighbours from Surrey in the cup next week.

Definitely a bitter sweet result. Like most I wasn't necessarily expecting a win today but we should have been home and dry by the time they got their second.
It's clear Harry P isn't cut out at this level but that aside, a decent result and performance.

A win would of been nice but can’t sniff at an away point, hopefully we can kick on this season

Definitely more positives than negatives to take away from this week. It has been silly things that have cost us, 6 goals conceded, 2 penalties (today’s looked harsh) and 3 from needless free kicks. Getting better going forward so if we can cut the silly mistakes we will kick on.

Just a thank you to the early posters on this thread.

As at work, it was the only way to easily keep up with the game.

The virtual away following must have been massive!

Watching the goals back, Eastleigh players didn’t even appeal for handball for their penalty, think the ref was the only person that thought it was. That said the free kick we scored from was soft but on par with what the ref gave all game.

I dont think McCormack or Kandi will provide the energy Harry has in the last 2 games.
McCormack is not a target man, and will not be chasing down lost causes or be up for a foot race.
Maybe they will provide something different only time will tell

Can understand Nick, but I did feel it very hard when their second went in..... New day today, mind you it doesn't make it feel any different..........
