Might want to save this as a sticky as it has all the seasons dates on it that people ask about over and over again all season.

August 3rd is too early, still deep into the cricket season. See you in September Folks.

Yup, same, too early.

I’ll miss the first month of Shots season (weather permitting).

Yes I agree with Alex and Portly.

Much as I enjoy my football I do think that this is far too early and does affect attendances as people myself included do have other things they would like to do to enjoy the very short summer that we get in this country. I actually think the whole season should be moved by one month so it starts at the beginning of September when the kids are back at school so family holidays are done and dusted and then ends at the end of May instead of April

Holidays/weddings usual reason to miss a match in August-already have some lined up so just have to see if they clash when the fixtures come out. Would prefer a shorter season starting in September-maybe with a few more evening games to make up for it.

It always feels like we finish the season way too early. Would prefer a mid-late May end.

Last season couldn't end soon enough for me.
